EDGE Sports Management (ESM) is a Guyana-based full-service sports management consultancy founded in April 2024 by two-time Olympian Chelsea Edghill. Dedicated to advancing sports in Guyana and the wider Caribbean, ESM leverages international athletic experience and innovative strategies to deliver athlete representation, event planning, and sports consultancy services. The organization works with athletes and sports institutions at all levels, from grassroots development to elite competition, providing tailored solutions that help clients achieve their goals while contributing to the growth of a stronger and more sustainable sporting culture across the region.
